When I am feeling healthy but hungry I make this quick tasty salad. You will need some chicken goujons - this is ready made panfried chicken. You will also need one ripe avocado, some lettuce (I like iceberg), tomatoes and sweetcorn. You may also add some brie if you are in the mood. You can vary the type of cheese depending on your fancies or omit it if you're not a cheese fan. Oooh, and you will also need some olive oil and vinegar (preferably balsamic). Salt and pepper to your desired flavourings.

- Heat chicken goujons (I used to preheat oven and put them in there for recommended time on the pack until I realised they tasted just as good after 4 minutes in the microwave). - Pour olive oil and vinegar in medium bowl with salt and pepper - Add lettuce - Slice avocado into bite size chunks

- Add avocado to bowl - Slice tomatoes and add to bowl - Add sweetcorn to bowl - Add cheese if desired - When chicken goujons are ready slice into bite size chunks and add to bowl - Enjoy!
