Peches au four from pauline

My grandmother used to make these for me when I was little in Saint Tropez, in the South of France. They were the yummiest thing I had ever tasted!

You will need peaches, pine nuts, jam, unsalted butter and sugar.

Peches au four ingredients

Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees celcius.

Cut peaches in half, remove stones and place on an oven dish
Add chunks of butter
Add pine nuts
Add jam

Put the peaches in the oven for 20 minutes.

Add sugar to the peaches and put them back in the oven
When the peaches have caramalised remove them from the oven
Serve and enjoy!
