| Bring the wanton disk to room temperature, place a prawn a leaf of flat parsley and some pepper. |

| Form the disk in a small purse. You first have to use your index to humidify the sides of the squares with a little water, then close the little purse and twist it slightly. Cook in boiling water for 1-1.5 minutes. It's done. |
